About Reflexology
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing touch therapy and is grounded in the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that reflect all of the systems and organs of the body.
By working these reflex areas reflexology can restore balance, helping the body to heal naturally and over time, it can bring longer lasting health benefits. Reflexology very much works on an individual basis, focusing on the whole person rather than any one symptom, supporting an holistic approach to health and well-being.
Through relaxing the body and mind, reflexology can help with sleep disruption, improving mood and energy levels and relief from muscular tension within the body. It can also provide specific support for women during the menopause and throughout pregnancy.
Reflexology is a personal journey - the only way to find out if it can benefit you, is to give it a try!
How can reflexology support your wellbeing
Through deep relaxation and restoring the body's natural equilibrium it can help with:
- Sleep improvement
- Menopause support
- Improving digestive health

- Low mood and anxiety
- Improving circulation and blood flow
- Strengthening the immune system
- Pregnancy support
What to expect
Your first treatment always includes a pre-consultation. This is for me to better understand current health and lifestyle and any relevant medical history, but, more importantly it is an opportunity to talk through what you are looking to have reflexology for, the focus being your well-being aims.
For menopause clients, the consultation will include a symptom checklist, an evaluation of the severity of your symptoms to help measure the improvements over time, and also information on lifestlye, using the five pillars for healthy menopause.
Each treatment is an opportunity for you to fully relax and feel the benefits of the session. People often benefit from more than one treatment. It's a personal journey and is very much down to how well your body and mind responds to the treatment.
